If the item isn't what you expected, we'll take it back. Simple.
7-day returns
You have seven days from the moment an item arrives to let us know you'd like to return it. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange pickup.
What qualifies
Items must be in original condition with any packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled, modified, or used beyond inspection.
Damaged in transit
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We'll replace it or refund you — no questions, no hassle.
