We are Terack Ltd, on 2-3 Muhoro St in Kariakoo market, Dar es Salaam. Sound systems, kitchen appliances, cooling and home goods — every one of them sitting on our shop floor before you order it.
We don't dropship
There is no month-long wait from China here, because there is nothing to wait for. If a product is on this site, it is in the shop — which is why we can put it on a boda the same afternoon, and why we can tell you the real stock count instead of a guess.
Tested before it leaves
Every unit is plugged in and checked at the counter before it goes out. If something turns out faulty you have 7 days to swap it — message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the pickup ourselves.
How it reaches you
Inside Dar es Salaam a rider brings it to you in 2–4 hours and you pay on arrival. To the regions it goes by bus and reaches you in 1–2 days. For Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda we quote the courier before anything ships.
Come and see it
You are welcome to walk in. 2-3 Muhoro St, Kariakoo market, open 8am – 7pm. If you would rather not travel, a relative can collect on your behalf, or the assistant will send you a clip of the item working before you commit to anything.
